Blacklist Lookup
Check if your IP address or hostname is listed on major blacklists. Essential for email deliverability and reputation monitoring across the internet.
What are Blacklists?
Blacklists (also known as DNSBLs or RBLs) are databases of IP addresses and domains that have been identified as sources of spam, malware, or other malicious activity. Email servers and security systems use these lists to block potentially harmful traffic.
Common Blacklist Categories:
- Spam Sources: IPs caught sending unsolicited bulk email
- Compromised Hosts: Infected machines participating in botnets
- Open Relays: Misconfigured mail servers allowing unauthorized relay
- Dynamic IPs: Residential IP ranges that shouldn't run mail servers
- Malware Distribution: IPs distributing viruses and malicious software
Tip: If your IP is listed, contact the blacklist operator for delisting procedures. Most provide automated delisting after a period of good behavior.
